At Bean's Bags and Handicrafts Co., we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. We accept returns on defective items only.

Eligibility:

• Items must be reported as defective within 7 daysof the delivery date
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return: To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description (and photos) of the defect.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general wear and tear. All sales are final except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
