2. Products All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in colour, texture, or finish — this is a natural characteristic of artisan goods and not considered a defect. Product images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the actual item.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Shipping We ship from Canada. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. For international orders (including the United States), the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds We accept returns on defective items only, reported within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
